Being Flexible in your workout is very important, KEJ makes sure before any strong workout our clients do a short strength warm up so muscles are loose and no injury will take place while doing the core workout.  We have classes that only deal with Flex Training and we do this in the field or from our online Video APP.


 

Group Training

KEJ does group training doing boot camps and also including social groups that would like to schedule groups for workouts, cycling, exercise routines and other social outings.



 

Core Training

Training our Core (Center) of our bodies are very important and KEJ can help with classes that will help you strengthen your core muscles and increase your energy for your workout routine.  When offer classes on our online Video APP for your convenience at anytime.


 

Body and Mind

Finally, we encourage our clients to embrace their Body and Mind through our online Video APP which allows them to workout, meditate, video blog, journal about their fitness journey, it helps keep things in balance for healthy and harmonious living.

Advance Health Program-More intense workout routines which include

groups settings and social engagements.

Professional Health Program-This includes a more intense workout and also include our boot camps and special promotions, we also help train for marathons and races.
